Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a Client Service Supervisor to join our ETF Operations Team in Boston. You will be the escalation point for complex client inquiries, supervise junior staff, and ensure high levels of client service and PCF accuracy.

The role requires strong ETF/fund accounting background and the ability to balance best practices with practical solutions, while maintaining a risk-conscious mindset and high communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree (finance or accounting concentration preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Strong ETF/fund accounting experience.
• ETF experience is a plus.
• Managing or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• ETF Operations subject matter expertise and leadership of junior staff to meet deadlines.
• Validate and analyze NAV impacts to ensure PCF is calculated nightly.
