Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an ETF Operations professional to manage exchange listing documents, coordinate ETF reporting, and oversee daily ETF file production for clients and stakeholders.

You will be the primary liaison during ETF launches and ensure clear communication of daily operations across Global Fund Services. The role requires collaboration with senior Operations Specialists and a strong understanding of ETF processes, NSCC standards, and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of direct experience (with project lead experience), or five to eight years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ETF exchange listing documents and coordinate reporting for new ETFs.
• Oversee daily production of ETF files and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact with fund clients during ETF launches and communicate daily ETF operations to clients.
