Tiello LLC in Palm City, FL is seeking an experienced Estimator for structural steel and miscellaneous metals fabrication to support commercial and industrial projects throughout the region. You will prepare detailed cost estimates, perform quantity takeoffs from drawings, review specs, solicit vendor pricing, and use Tekla PowerFab (FabSuite) for estimating and project tracking.

Eligible candidates should have 3+ years of estimating experience in structural steel, read drawings, and communicate

Formación

• 3 years estimating experience in structural steel or miscellaneous metals fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and fabrication drawings.
• Experience using Tekla PowerFab (FabSuite).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for miscellaneous metals fabrication projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs from architectural and structural drawings.
• Analyze project specifications, bid documents, and scope requirements.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
• Develop competitive bid proposals while maintaining company profit margins.
