• Maintain accurate records and assist with project cost evaluation.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Ability to analyze information, compare details, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and comfort working with numbers and data.
• Less than 1 year of experience is acceptable for candidates with the right skills, motivation, and ability to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates for lighting projects.
• Review plans, specifications, project documentation, and related requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, design, procurement, vendors, and internal team members to gather pricing and product information.
• Research product availability, pricing options, and vendor details to support accurate quotes.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Job type: Temp-to-hire.
• Location: Ventura, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills
