Job summary

J.H. Hassinger Construction Services is seeking an Estimator for the Masonry/Concrete Self Performance Division in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will lead takeoffs, prepare bids, and coordinate with subs and partners to ensure competitive, accurate budgets.

You will visit job sites, assess risks, and help optimize costs, schedules and resources while promoting safety and on-time delivery for self-perform work.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating concrete and masonry for self-performance projects.
• Ability to coordinate bid docs and RFI tracking with partners.
• Proactive in visiting job sites to inform estimating with on-site insights.
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead takeoffs and prepare accurate estimates and bids.
• Coordinate bid invites, pricing, alternates and trade coverage.
• Track and follow up on bid opportunities with vendors and subs.
• Visit sites to understand delivery, costs and resource needs.
