Job summary

Next 150 Construction, LLC seeks an experienced Self Perform Estimator II to join our expanding estimating group. You will work with the Operations and Preconstruction teams to develop detailed take-offs and support proposals for projects nationwide, with emphasis on the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Midwest markets.

The role requires a background in self-perform estimating across concrete, masonry, carpentry, and related trades.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with take-offs for concrete work and related scopes.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings and site logistics plans.
• Develop comprehensive take-offs for permanent and temporary scopes of work.
• Interact with vendors for quotes and procurement.
• Support Operations and Preconstruction teams with cost estimation and proposals.
• Develop and maintain historical cost data by project type and geography.
