Job summary

Next 150 Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Self Perform Estimator who will collaborate with Operations and Preconstruction to develop comprehensive take-offs to support project estimates and formal proposals. The role covers multiple geographic markets, with an emphasis on the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Midwest.

Travel will be limited but possible as needed. You will bring a background in self-perform estimating of Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry, Metal Framing & Drywall,

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Self-perform estimating background required (take-offs and estimates for concrete work).
• Knowledge of Procore software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings and site logistics plans.
• Complete accurate on-screen take-offs for permanent and temporary scopes of work.
• Interact with vendors for material and services quotes.
• Support project operations with change management.
• Develop strategies for estimating improvement and build a historical cost database.
