Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to create accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinate repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document communications, assess damage, and ensure alignment with KPIs across the team.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma, and willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license is mandatory, with opportunity to grow in a long-established collision facility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Be energetic and welcoming with customers in person and on the phone.
