Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Warren, Ohio, is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. The Estimator will assess vehicle damage, document repairs, and work with the team to achieve KPIs while complying with DRP and insurance requirements.

The role requires a High School diploma, 1 year DRP experience, and willingness to complete I-CAR training; the company offers benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and attend meetings as required.
• Support all team members when required.
