Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer service while creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating vehicle repairs. You will document vehicle damage, determine needed parts, and communicate with customers and insurers throughout the process.

The role focuses on maintaining KPI targets, team collaboration, and adherence to DRP and WOW Operating Way standards. A High School Diploma, valid driver’s license, and I-CAR training willingness are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with DRP processes and insurance requirements.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and support KPI achievement.
