Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC seeks anEstimator to join our growing team in Sacramento. You will build estimates and takeoffs for HVAC/plumbing projects and collaborate with the Chief Estimator, Purchasing, and PM teams to ensure accurate pricing and project success.

Local in Sacramento and experienced with Quickpen, Accubid, BlueBeam, and MS Excel is preferred. A strong background in mechanical construction and pricing will support our diverse portfolio and career-growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience building estimates for HVAC/plumbing projects.
• Knowledge of takeoffs and pricing processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build accurate estimates and takeoffs for current and future projects.
• Work with Chief Estimator, Purchasing and Project Management team.
• Coordinate with Owners and General Contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Quickpen/Accubid, BlueBeam and MS Excel
• Build accurate estimates and takeoffs for current and future projects
• Work with Chief Estimator, Purchasing and Project Management team
• Coordinate with Owners and General Contractors
• Communicate with Vendors and Suppliers for materials pricing

Required experience:

• Work on large hvac/plumbing projects for Mechanical/Plumbing Contractor
• Local in Sacramento

Preferred qualifications:

• Technical knowledge in Quickpen, BlueBeam, MS Excel, among others
