Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking an HVAC/Plumbing Estimator for a full-time role in California. The position focuses on reading AutoCAD drawings, identifying value engineering opportunities, and crafting accurate project estimates and buyouts.

You will visit clients, general contractors and engineers, identify conflicts, and develop profitable bids for upcoming projects while coordinating manpower and training junior estimators.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC and Plumbing Estimating.
• Knowledge of State HVAC and Plumbing Codes, Quickpen/Accubid, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction or similar preferred.

We are a large growing HVAC/Plumbing contractor in California that works on many of California’s biggest and best HVAC/Plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits. We are planning to hire California’s best and brightest HVAC/Plumbing Estimator’s in the near future.
