Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC seeks an HVAC Construction Estimator for a large mechanical and plumbing contractor. This full-time role focuses on cost estimating for complex HVAC and piping systems.

You will estimate projects, coordinate with general contractors, designers and engineers on changes, and meet with clients to develop data for complete project costs. A strong background in HVAC estimating, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and proficiency with building codes, Quickpen/Accubid,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC and Plumbing estimating experience.
• Local candidates preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with State Building Codes, Quickpen/Accubid and MS Excel.

HVAC Construction Estimator position at large mechanical and plumbing construction company

We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects.

This is a full-time position.

• Estimating projects and major buyout of projects.
• Coordinate with general contractors, designers and engineers on identifying changes or modifications for estimates.
• Meet with clients to develop and evaluate necessary data that needs to be gathered to complete project costs.

Requirements:

• Local
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC and Plumbing Estimating.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction or similar preferred.
• Knowledge in: State Building Codes, Quickpen/Accubid, and Microsoft Excel.
