Job summary

Blattner is seeking an estimating support professional to assist with quotes, bid planning, and administrative duties. You will solicit subcontractor and supplier bids, manage bid information, and help prepare bid packages using SmartBid, HCSS, and Excel.

The role supports bid teams, maintains the bid calendar, and helps integrate opportunities in Salesforce. The ideal candidate has a two-year degree or equivalent experience and at least two years in an office environment, with prior estimating

Qualifications

Two-year post-high school degree and/or on-the-job experience.
Minimum 2 years related office experience.

Responsibilities

Assist estimating with quotes, bid planning, and administrative tasks.
Solicit quotes from subcontractors and material suppliers using RFPs, calls, and SmartBid.
Assist bid teams with pre-bid meetings, bid planning, and bid file setup and completion.
Create bids using HCSS and Excel and import or input data.
Maintain bid calendar and distribute to project managers and estimators.
Populate new bid opportunities in Salesforce.
