Responsibilities

• Lead estimating process for multiple projects through design phase.
• Develop estimates for various project types and delivery methods.
• Prepare preliminary cost estimates with clear costing assumptions.
• Collaborate with operations, accounting, VDC, purchasing, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with senior managers, preconstruction, and BD on deliverables.
• Mentor and supervise a team of estimators.
