Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an Estimating professional to support core estimating activities for large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects. Youll read drawings, outline specs, and maintain audit trails from estimate to estimate while coordinating with vendors and clients.

As you develop complex cost estimates and manage scopes of work, you will assist with system analysis, procurement presentations, and value-driven improvements to profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 3+ years estimating experience; 5+ preferred.
• Possesses driver license and ability to travel as needed.
• Experience with cost estimation for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Performs quantity survey of materials from project plans.
• Reads and outlines project specifications and tracks estimates.
• Supports pricing/bid solicitation with vendors/subcontractors.
• Collaborates with project team members, vendors and clients.
• Prepares complex cost estimates and manages scopes of work.
