Job summary

All Things Metal Industries, based in North Phoenix, is seeking an Estimating Coordinator to support our Estimating Team with bid coordination, vendor quotes, and accurate documentation. This full-time role requires 1–3 years in a related field and a strong eye for detail.

The position relocates to 195th Ave & Jomax by spring 2026; candidates must be willing to commute. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clear English communication are essential for success in a fast-paced, team-oriented

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years’ experience in related field; steel experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Must have construction experience.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be quality, detail, and accuracy oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Must be proactive, self-disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all bid plans, details, addenda, and specs throughout the bid lifecycle.
• Review bid invitations and determine weekly estimator schedules.
• Request vendor quotes.
• Read through and highlight pertinent information in GSN and specifications.
• Print drawings as requested.
• Assist in administrative roles when needed.
• New job setup.
