Job summary

Lee Lewis Construction, Inc. is seeking an Estimating Coordinator to support our estimating team through preconstruction and bidding processes.

This role focuses on outreach, bid tracking, and coordination to drive accurate and competitive project estimates. You'll work under estimators, manage subcontractor engagement, and maintain bid databases and documentation while supporting bid day activities and pre-bid meetings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of administrative or construction-related experience
• Experience in subcontractor coordination or bid administration is a plus
• Strong communication and high-volume outbound calls
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tracking

Responsibilities

• Solicit bids from subcontractors and vendors for upcoming projects
• Maintain subcontractor/vendor databases and trade classifications
• Distribute bid invitations, drawings, specs, addenda to subs
• Track subcontractor participation, follow up on bids, maintain bid status logs
• Support pre-bid coordination and answer inquiries
• Assist in preparing bid packages and scope sheets
• Organize digital project files and bid documents
• Assist estimators with bid day pricing collection
• Ensure bids are received and documented by deadlines
• Data entry and estimating logs maintenance
• Schedule pre-bid meetings and site visits
• Identify gaps in coverage and source new trade partners
• Provide general administrative support to estimating team
• All other duties as assigned
