Job summary

Landmark Structures is seeking an Estimating Coordinator to drive bid submissions and coordinate estimating processes for construction projects. You will manage vendor and subcontractor communications and serve as the main client contact for bid-related matters, ensuring timely and accurate bids and a smooth hand-off to project management.

You will work closely with internal teams to maintain historical bid data, develop unit costs, and present bid-related documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Construction Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 1–3 years of progressive experience in a similar role in construction.
• Experience with estimating and bidding in self-performing construction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the estimating team to develop unit costs and production rates from historical data.
• Source vendors and subcontractors and evaluate quotations with purchasing.
• Ensure bid documents are complete and submitted on time per deadlines.
• Review contracts to align terms with original proposal and bid specs.
• Act as main client contact for bid notifications and inquiries.
