Job summary

Landmark seeks an Estimating Coordinator to drive and coordinate all processes for estimating and bidding construction projects. You will manage bid timelines, communicate with vendors and subcontractors, and serve as the primary contact for bid-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction-related field.
• 1–3 years in a similar estimating/bidding role in construction.
• Familiarity with contracts, subcontracts, and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with estimating team to develop accurate unit costs and production rates.
• Source vendors and subs, evaluate quotations with purchasing.
• Ensure bid documents are complete and submitted on time per deadlines.
• Review contracts before bid submission to align terms with proposals.
• Ensure bid submissions comply with policies, client requirements, and regulations.
• Act as main client contact for bid-related inquiries and coordination.
• Maintain accurate bids and historical data for future reference.
• Prepare bid-related reports for internal and external stakeholders.
