You will drive proposal generation and manage the transition from opportunity to project execution while nurturing client relationships to support future work.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of experience in preconstruction or related fields, a strong customer service focus, and a degree in Construction

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in preconstruction, estimating, or project management within construction.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, or MEP is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preconstruction phase and drive constructability reviews.
• Perform quantity take-offs and pricing with subcontractors and manufacturers.
• Generate proposals and ensure smooth transition from opportunity to project execution.
