Qualifications

• Active Esthetician License required.
• Previous salon, spa, or beauty management experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of management or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of sales performance and operational management.
• Passion for skincare, guest experience, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand standards.
• Drive store performance by meeting or exceeding key business metrics, including service revenue, average ticket, client count, rebooking percentage, retail sales.
• Identify opportunities for business growth through staffing, scheduling, coaching, and operational improvements.
• Oversee all aspects of team management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, sanitation standards, and legal requirements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide consistent coaching and feedback.
• Create and maintain team schedules to ensure proper coverage and operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management and maintain appropriate product and supply levels.
• Assist in forecasting sales goals, growth opportunities, and operational planning.
• Partner with the store owner to develop and manage the store budget.
• Monitor financial performance and analyze reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and expense management.
• Implement strategies to achieve profitability, sales goals, and operational success.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality services and an exceptional guest experience.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Foster a positive, welcoming, and team-oriented environment for both guests and staff.
