FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and drive financial performance while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The role requires coaching, development, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced beauty setting.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, managing schedules, and driving sales growth while ensuring compliance and high client satisfaction. Nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

Active Esthetician License required.
Management or leadership experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
Strong understanding of sales performance and operational management.
Passion for skincare, guest experience, and team development.

Responsibilities

Lead daily store operations and ensure brand standards.
Drive metrics: service revenue, average ticket, client count, rebook rate, and retail sales.
Recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
Oversee scheduling, inventory, and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Partner with owner on budget and financial monitoring; implement profitability strategies.
Foster a welcoming, energetic environment for guests and team.
