This non-exempt, on-site position emphasizes safety and teamwork to maintain a high standard of culinary operations. Ideal candidates display basic English, a Food Handler Card, and flexibility for cleaning and prep tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior kitchen experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Chef in food prep such as slicing, portioning, plating, some cooking.
• Assists with daily operations and event preparations, ensuring smooth execution.
• Receives food orders and organizes products.
• Assists in harvesting, cleaning, and storing items from the culinary garden.
• Executes deep cleaning projects of the winery spaces as directed by the Chef.
• Serves food as needed.
• Maintains the trash program by taking out trash and keeping receptacles clean.
• Other duties may be assigned.
