This role involves working with high-value estates and crafting comprehensive estate planning strategies. The successful applicant will have a Juris Doctorate, state bar admission, and at least 5 years of experience in estate planning.

Job Details

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities

• 1. Provide comprehensive estate planning services to our clients, including drafting and implementing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• 2. Utilize your financial and accounting background to provide sound business advice to clients, helping them to preserve and grow their wealth.
• 3. Conduct thorough legal research to stay abreast of changes in the law and to support client needs.
• 4. Maintain high levels of client interaction and communication, ensuring that clients are kept informed and their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• 5. Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, expanding our network and contributing to the growth of our firm.
• 6. Use your exceptional drafting skills to create clear, concise, and legally sound documents.
• 7. Meet all deadlines, demonstrating your ability to work well under pressure and manage your time effectively.
• 8. Utilize your legal writing skills to prepare and present arguments, applications, and motions.
• 9. Work collaboratively with other members of our team, contributing your expertise and supporting others in their work.
