Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join a leading trust and estate firm. Salary ranges from $130,000 to $175,000 per year, with a focus on comprehensive estate planning, probate administration, and client development.

The role requires a JD, active bar status, and 2+ years in estate planning, probate, and tax law. Responsibilities include drafting documents, advising on tax matters, and representing clients in probate matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of estate planning, probate, and tax law.
• Strong drafting and reviewing estate planning documents.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws related to estate planning.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload under pressure.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Proven track record of business development and client retention.
