Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research regarding trusts, estates, tax, and California law.
• Review existing estate plans and recommend revisions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to ensure documents reflect client objectives.
• Manage multiple matters while meeting deadlines and maintain strong attention to detail.

Job Duties

Draft and revise estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related documents.
