Job summary

• Collaborate with financial advisors and accountants for a comprehensive plan.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. 1. Drafting, reviewing, and amending a variety of estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other related documents.
2. 2. Providing expert legal counsel to clients on estate planning, probate, and tax planning matters.
3. 3. Developing tax-efficient strategies to help clients mitigate estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
4. 4. Representing clients in probate court proceedings and managing all aspects of trust administration.
5. 5. Conducting thorough research on complex legal issues related to estate planning and tax law.
6. 6. Collaborating with financial advisors and accountants to ensure a comprehensive approach to estate and tax planning.

Qualifications:

1. 1. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. 2. Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
3. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, trusts, wills, and tax planning.
4. 4. Proven track record of handling complex legal matters related to estate planning.
5. 5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to think strategically.
6. 6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
