Qualifications & Responsibilities
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active license with the California Bar
  • 3+ years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, or related areas (high-net-worth experience preferred)
  • Experience drafting estate planning documents such as wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
  • Familiarity with estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax concepts
  • Ability to analyze complex financial and family structures and propose strategic planning solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently while meeting deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
