• Ensure guests receive outstanding service and leave with a positive impression of their visit.
• Assist with reception duties, including greeting and checking in guests.
• Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and assist with reservations.
• Help manage the reservation calendar and provide administrative support during busy periods.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming hospitality environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations.
