Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager – Electronic Security to reinforce installation standards and drive quality across ESS projects. This remote role supports Dallas, TX, with up to 25% regional travel. You’ll work with field engineers and project teams to resolve issues and ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in commercial construction trades and settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and reinforce installation standards across ESS projects.
• Act as primary escalation point for field issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Monitor onsite performance, quality, and productivity to improve delivery outcomes.
• Lead QA/QC activities including monthly reporting and issue tracking.
• Provide onsite support for system integration across access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and installation governance across project phases.
• Mentor and develop team members through structured growth plans.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and alignment with scope and safety.
