Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions in Round Rock, Texas, seeks a Service Technician to maintain and repair commercial coffee equipment at client sites nationwide. You will perform two to three field calls daily, use a multimeter, read diagrams, and fabricate adapters as needed.

After training, you’ll operate with a company vehicle and work from home, with full back-office support. Applicants should be mechanically inclined, capable of following wiring and hydraulic diagrams, and comfortable presenting

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Smartphone that can run required apps.
• Secure address for parts deliveries via FedEx/UPS.

Responsibilities

• Two to three field service calls daily at cafes, hotels, and commercial accounts.
• Disassemble/reassemble equipment with attention to detail; locate correct parts using diagrams.
• Write thorough service notes and use ServiceTitan for scheduling and inventory.
• Explain technical findings in plain language to customers and verify machine output by tasting coffee.
