GRAND CANYON UNIVERSITY is seeking a dedicated individual to support daily operations at the GCU Esports Facility. You will ensure the facility operates smoothly and interact positively with visitors and members.

Ideal candidates are sociable and responsible, preferably with experience in Esports or customer service. The position offers flexible hours, requiring availability between 8:00am to midnight on weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Sociable and amicable; able to greet students and engage in conversations.
• Responsible and capable of working independently.
• Preference for applicants with prior involvement in Esports.
• Availability to work a three to four-hour period anytime between 8:00am to midnight.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous front-desk operations.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment inventory.
• Assure opening and closing procedures.
• Support event planning and act as liaison for the GCU Esports Club.
