Job summary

The McCue Mortgage Company is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to join our mortgage servicing team in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in servicing mortgage accounts and supporting borrowers throughout the life of their loans.

In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of servicing tasks, including payment processing, payoff requests, escrow administration, and delinquency management, while collaborating with borrowers and internal teams to

Qualifications

Detail-oriented and customer-focused professional servicing mortgage accounts.
Experience with loan servicing, payments, escrow administration and delinquency management.
Ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Building positive relationships with borrowers through telephone and written communication.
Managing a broad range of mortgage servicing activities, including payments, payoffs, escrow administration, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
Analyzing delinquent accounts and develop appropriate repayment solutions.
Ensuring compliance with investor, insurer, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with internal partners to achieve positive borrower outcomes.
