Job summary

Midland Mortgage, a division of MidFirst Bank, seeks a detail-oriented Contact Center Agent to support mortgage servicing customers by phone. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, payments, documents, escrow questions, payoff details, and past-due assistance while ensuring compliant service with empathy and professionalism.

Basic requirements include a high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience; call center or mortgage servicing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree or some college preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Candidates with previous call center and/or mortgage servicing experience are encouraged to apply.
