Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate an overnight construction labor crew; ensure safety and schedule adherence.
• Communicate job expectations, safety procedures, and priorities clearly to crew and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve job-site challenges, safety concerns, and workflow issues.
• Read and interpret construction drawings; coordinate labor and equipment needs.
