Job summary

Western Specialty Contractors seeks a Project Manager to lead on-site construction oversight, coordinating all project segments with the team and client representatives. You will help prepare and review contract documents, schedules, and cost controls while ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

The role requires regular on-site presence and collaboration with Senior Management and the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ masonry/restoration project experience.
• Experience managing complex projects with budgets, schedules and field teams.
• Experience with safety programs and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of contract documents and negotiations.
• Create schedule of values and monitor retention.
• Manage accounts receivable and drive timely collections.
• Coordinate with architects/engineers, contractors, and subs.
• Plan safety for every task with the team.
• Monitor permits and change orders; ensure budget adherence.
• Maintain master CPM schedule and provide client lookaheads.
• Ensure on-site execution and timely project delivery.
