Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) seeks an Enterprise Secure Network (ESN) Associate Program Leader to guide Platform and Infrastructure modernization within ESN. You will lead strategic direction, manage a broad portfolio, and partner with leadership and stakeholders to drive secure, scalable enterprise services.

The role requires DOE Q-level clearance and strong experience in large-scale IT infrastructure, translating vision into measurable programs while maintaining operational

Qualifications

• DOE Q-level or Top Secret clearance at hire time.
• Bachelor’s in CS/engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading large IT infrastructure teams in enterprise environments.
• Expert in modern VDI architectures (Citrix, VMware Horizon, AVD) and hybrid cloud patterns.
• Vendor management, licensing, and contract negotiation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESN modernization strategy and portfolio with leadership and architecture teams.
• Drive interoperability across ESN and adjacent programs with stakeholders.
• Oversee infrastructure operations and develop leadership across teams.
• Align priorities, optimize resources, and ensure execution accountability.
• Shape delivery of secure, resilient enterprise services with executives.
