Job summary

Vesta Software Group is seeking an ESG Coordinator to drive the development and implementation of the company’s ESG strategy globally. You will work with business unit leaders, portfolio managers and senior teams to embed ESG goals across plans and operations.

In this role you will monitor progress, prepare reports, and support data collection and training for ESG champions, aiming to continuously improve sustainability initiatives aligned with the company’s global objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple workstreams.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse information and present findings clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support rollout of ESG strategy across business units.
• Collaborate with leaders to embed ESG objectives in plans and dashboards.
• Coordinate ESG projects with milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor progress against targets and collect ESG data.
• Identify gaps and escalate material risks where needed.
• Maintain ESG project plans, logs and dashboards.
• Assist in preparing ESG reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Support ESG Champions with carbon data collection and Sweep platform use.
• Identify opportunities for continuous ESG improvement and new initiatives.
• Provide ESG training to new leaders and champions.
