Job summary

Novisto is seeking an ESG Advisory Specialist in the United States to interface with customers, own onboarding, and deliver executive-ready ESG outputs.

You will train colleagues, share best practices, test platform features, and translate customer needs into productive product requirements, all while upholding security controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, or related fields.
• 3+ years' experience in Sustainability, ESG Reporting, Sustainable Finance, or Consulting.
• Domain knowledge of materiality, core ESG KPIs, GHG basics (Scopes 1-3), and CSRD/ISSB/GRI/CDP frameworks.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to distill large amounts of information into shareable insights.
