Job summary

The Vomela Companies in Minnesota seeks a Responsible Business Analyst to own ESG data, reporting, and cross-functional coordination that translates commitments into measurable progress across our manufacturing network.

In this highly visible role you will manage day-to-day ESG reporting, lead EcoVadis assessments, help shape climate pledge readiness, and partner with plant operations, procurement, finance and HR to drive practical, auditable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of ESG, sustainability, energy management, or related analytics experience.
• Hands-on experience with EcoVadis, GHG Protocol, CDP, or similar frameworks.
• Advanced Excel and data management skills, with multi-site trackers/tables.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own ESG data collection, validation, and organization across production centers.
• Build and maintain data collection systems and site-level ESG KPIs for auditable reporting.
• Lead end-to-end EcoVadis assessment processes and score improvement efforts.
• Support Climate Pledge readiness with roadmap development and data baselining.
