Job summary

Vomela Company is seeking an ESG & Sustainability Analyst to lead data, reporting, and cross-functional coordination across our manufacturing network. This is the operational engine behind our ESG strategy, owning data collection, baselining, and communications with leadership and external stakeholders.

You will drive EcoVadis scoring improvements, support Climate Pledge readiness, and collaborate with plant operations, procurement, finance, and HR to turn sustainability commitments into

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2-5 years in ESG or corporate sustainability; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with EcoVadis, GHG Protocol, CDP or similar frameworks.
• Advanced Excel and data management; multi-site trackers.

Responsibilities

• Own the collection, validation, and organization of ESG data across production centers.
• Lead EcoVadis assessment process and drive score improvements.
• Support Climate Pledge readiness, baselining and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with plant operations, procurement, finance, and HR to source data.
