Job summary

Vomela Commercial Group is seeking an ESG & Sustainability Analyst to drive data collection, reporting, and cross-functional coordination across our manufacturing network. This role focuses on building systems to transform commitments into measurable progress and advance our Responsible Business program.

You will lead EcoVadis assessments, support Climate Pledge readiness, and partner with operations, procurement, finance, and HR to turn ESG insights into action while shaping longer-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Engineering.
• 2-5 years of ESG or sustainability analytics experience.
• Hands-on experience with EcoVadis, GHG Protocol, CDP, or similar ESG reporting frameworks preferred.
• Advanced Excel and data management skills; comfortable building and maintaining trackers across multiple sites.
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks (GRI, TCFD/ISSB, SASB, SBTi, CSRD/CSDDD) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Own ESG data collection, validation, and reporting across production centers.
• Lead the EcoVadis assessment process and drive score improvements.
• Support Climate Pledge readiness with emissions baselining and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with plant operations, procurement, finance, and HR to source accurate data and present findings to leadership.
