Job summary

Strada, a technology-enabled payroll and HCM company, is expanding its ESG program. We’re seeking a Regulatory Manager to work with legal/compliance and cross-functional teams to establish and evolve sustainability reporting and governance globally.

You will lead data collection, develop practical tools, and communicate with senior leadership. The role involves monitoring changing regulations, preparing disclosures to EcoVadis and other bodies, and supporting privacy and compliance initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental engineering or science, environmental studies, or equivalent.
• Experience leading corporate sustainability programs and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with EcoVadis or similar disclosures.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and evolve Strada’s ESG program.
• Manage estimation and data collection of sustainability metrics.
• Develop technical content and best practice tools for sustainability data collection and communicate with senior leadership.
• Monitor and communicate evolving global sustainability regulations and their impact on operations and required corporate reporting.
• Lead or support sustainability initiatives and disclosures to third parties, such as EcoVadis.
