Conservice seeks a Customer Success Manager for the Sustainability Solutions team, focusing on Goby platform adoption and value realization. You will bridge clients with the technical delivery team to optimize software use and drive long-term value, with potential for career growth as Conservice expands in ESG.

The role emphasizes customer onboarding, relationship management, and collaboration to deliver ESG services and improve product offerings, impacting revenue and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Onboard new customers to the Goby platform with senior executives and frontline roles.
• Own ongoing customer relationship to ensure increasing value and education on the platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver ESG services and improve offerings.
• 3+ years in a role serving customers and/or internal stakeholders; ESG experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across functions and seniority levels.
• Proficiency with workflow tools, Microsoft Office, Google Suite; SaaS and CRM/ERP familiarity.
