Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Sustainability in Fashion Supply Chains. This remote Europe-based role focuses on helping brands and retailers build ESG data programs and maximize value from our platform.

Reporting to the EMEA CS Lead, you will partner with Product, Education, and Support teams to improve the customer experience, onboard clients and partners, and drive scalable processes across a growing portfolio while occasionally traveling for

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a customer success or client services organisation.
• Hands-on experience with consumer goods and/or fashion supply chains.
• Background in sustainability.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology/SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proven complex project management experience.
• Fluency across project management or customer success tools (Hubspot, Claude Cowork, MS Office, Google Suite).

Responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of clients across Europe, delivering maximum value from our tools and services.
• Assess and optimize client programs at scale using standardized, scalable frameworks.
• Champion a customer-centric culture and deepen client relationships.
• Onboard and train clients, supply chain partners, and program stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for supply chain programs and coordinate with account managers, CS, and product teams.
• Own and refine playbooks, milestones, and touchpoints for consistent outcomes.
• Collaborate with CS leadership to strengthen the organization.
• Be flexible with hours and travel globally to support European clients.
