Job summary

You will oversee ESG metrics, GHG reporting, and disclosures, working with partners to develop data quality and internal controls while pursuing growth opportunities and thought leadership in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, environmental studies, sustainability, or related field.
• Active CPA license is required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in external audit, sustainability assurance, or related professional services.
• Experience leading projects, engagements, teams, or client workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability assurance engagements from planning to reporting and client communication.
• Oversee ESG metrics, greenhouse gas emissions, disclosures, and related controls.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and teams on data collection, governance, and reporting readiness.
• Apply GHG Protocol, TCFD, GRI, SASB, CDP, and other standards.
• Coach and develop team members and contribute to business development.
