Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required and CPA license is required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in external audit, sustainability assurance, or related field.
• Experience leading projects and teams with client interaction.
• Familiarity with greenhouse gas reporting and ESG disclosures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability assurance engagements from planning to reporting.
• Oversee ESG metrics, GHG emissions, and related controls.
• Coordinate with clients and teams on data collection and governance.
• Apply GHG, TCFD, GRI, SASB, CDP and other frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and controls.
• Prepare client deliverables, review workpapers, and present findings.
• Build trusted client relationships and expand services.
• Coach and develop team members; contribute to practice growth.
