Job summary

S R International Inc is seeking an eServices Management Analyst 2 to analyze business processes, perform QA testing, provide technical support, and recommend improvements. You will work with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and maintain accurate reports.

Ideal candidates have experience with XML, Altova XMLSpy, SQL databases, and Lean process improvement. The role involves collaborating across teams and ensuring quality in eServices programs and systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in management analysis or related field.
• Experience with XML and Altova XMLSpy.
• Experience with QA testing and test plans.
• Knowledge of SQL and SQL Server Management Studio.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct QA testing of eServices programs, applications, and systems.
• Develop and execute QA test plans and document results.
• Review and validate XML-related data using XMLSpy.
• Query, review, and analyze database information with SQL Server Management Studio.
• Collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and present recommendations to management.
• Provide technical support and help desk assistance to internal users.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.
• Recommend process improvements using Lean principles.
• Maintain policies, procedures, and operational manuals.
• Track performance metrics and support projects and team initiatives.
• Follow applicable tax administration policies, regulations, and procedures.
