Job summary

S R International Inc. is seeking an eServices Management Analyst 2 to analyze Taxpayer Services eServices programs, improve operational efficiency, and lead QA testing efforts.

The role involves planning analyses, gathering requirements, and developing recommendations for process improvements in a government-tax environment. The candidate will conduct QA tests, produce regular reports, and assist with implementation of changes while staying current on relevant laws and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years management analysis experience.
• Experience with XML, QA testing, and SQL.
• Azure DevOps experience.
• Experience in tax administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct analyses of a problem or opportunity for improvement.
• Define needs by gathering information via conferring with agency staff/outside entities.
• Develop surveys, analyze findings, and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations.
• Present recommendations to management and coordinate implementation of process improvements.
• Develop and conduct Quality Assurance test plans.
• Build QA testing plans and conduct testing of systems.
• Provide technical assistance/helpdesk to internal customers.
